I’ve been active my entire life. It evolved from hours of dance and soccer a week throughout childhood, to becoming a gym enthusiast, then using my experience with how moving one’s body improves overall health, it led me to become a personal trainer in order to help others. I became a personal trainer while living in Miami, Florida and continued it for awhile once moving back to NYC. At present moment, I do not train, but movement, exercise and competitive sport is still a high priority in my life. I lift weights on a regular basis and love to change it up sometimes with Yoga or Afrobeat workout or pilates or jogging.
I encourage everyone to make space in their lives to include more vigorous movement. Your heart and your wellbeing will thank you.
